👋 Hi!

I'm (she/her) a bioinformatics engineer at Weill Cornell Medicine. Here, I develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for large scale next-generation sequencing data. I design, develop, and apply ML methods to multiple forms of biological data, with a focus on image analysis of angiogenesis (blood vessel formation) and blood vessel detection.

On the side, I've built projects at hackathons focusing on environmental sustainability and social good. I enjoy innovating tech for social impact, medical treatment, and clinical research.

· (Python) Built an image recognition pipeline on a Raspberry Pi for a robot to manage a strawberry field - identify excess and unhealthy leaves and keep count of flowers and strawberry plants
